    Single Board Welder Maintenance Methods


    No display header?Fan does not rotate?Non welding output

     

    1) make sure the air switch is closed

     

    2) the input cable is connected to the power supply

     

    3) thermal resistance (4) damage (24V relay open point closed or bad contact)

     

    4) power board (backplane failure, no output DC537V voltage):

     

    A. silicon bridge open circuit, silicon bridging, plug line bad contact

     

    The B. power board is charred and burned out

     

    C. check the air switch to the power line plug line, the power board to the inverter board (MOS board) of the plug line

     

    5) the auxiliary power supply on the control panel is out of order (contact the dealer or the manufacturer)
