Fan turn, abnormal indicator light, no welding output

 

1) may be over-current protection, please turn off the machine, wait until the abnormal indicator light, and then restart, you can return to normal;

 

2) may be overheating protection, wait 5-10 minutes, the machine can be restored naturally;

 

3) may be the inverter circuit fault: please dial the power plug of the main transformer on the MOS board (near the fan VH-07) and restart it;

 

A. if the abnormal indicator light is still on, the individual field effect tube on the MOS board is damaged, and the same type of field tube can be found and replaced

 

B. if the abnormal indicator light is not turned on

 

It is possible that the middle plate transformer is damaged. The primary inductance and the Q value of the main transformer can be measured with an electric bridge. The transformer should be connected in parallel, L=12.2-2.0mH Q > 40., and the inductance and Q values are small, then they should be replaced;

 

May be the transformer two rectifier tube individual breakdown, find and replace the same type of rectifier tube;

 

4) the feedback circuit may be faulty
